This summer, Nōema welcomes an exclusive new cocktail experience in partnership with Silent Pool Gin, bringing a taste of modern English luxury to the heart of Mykonos.
Set within Nōema’s distinctive setting, the Silent Pool pop-up bar invites guests to discover a bespoke menu of cocktails created in collaboration with the Nōema mixology team. Each cocktail celebrates the botanical character of Silent Pool Gin through the lens of a Greek island summer.
Open throughout the season from 8pm until late, the experience brings together two worlds: the wild botanicals and craftsmanship of the English countryside, and the vibrant energy, warmth and soul of Mykonos.
At the heart of the pop-up is a dedicated menu of four exclusive cocktails, each developed to highlight Silent Pool Gin’s distinctive floral, herbal and citrus notes while staying true to Nōema’s Greek identity. Alongside these signature creations, guests can also enjoy a classic Silent Pool Gin & Tonic, elevated with aromatic garnishes for the summer season.
Crafted in Surrey using 24 botanicals, Silent Pool Gin is a contemporary English gin known for its depth, clarity and floral elegance.
